Background to the project

The project was launched for a German business that did not previously have its own website. A key objective was to create an online platform where the company could be presented, its activities clearly explained, and the cars it sells displayed in a well-organised manner. As the company deals in both classic and new cars, the website also had to handle this dual focus effectively.

The design approach and the chosen solutions

The main considerations in designing the website were transparency and building trust. A structure was created where visitors can quickly understand what the business does, what types of cars it works with, and how they can get in touch or request a quote. It was also important that the process of adding cars to the site should remain manageable and flexible in the future; therefore, the website was designed not only as an introductory platform but also to serve a practical sales function.

The current situation and the main challenges

The biggest initial problem was that the business did not have its own website at all, so there was no platform that could be confidently shown to prospective customers or partners. Another challenge was that the company deals in both used and new cars, so the range on offer had to be presented in a way that was organised, easy to navigate and quick for visitors to understand. The aim was not merely to establish an online presence, but to create an online platform that would also support sales.

Key tasks completed during implementation

As part of the project, the company’s first website was created, which serves both to showcase the company and to display its cars online. A system was developed whereby vehicles for sale can be uploaded and displayed on the site in an organised manner. Furthermore, the content and visual layout are designed to enable visitors to quickly grasp the company’s profile and easily navigate to the contact form or place an order. As the site is still under development, the project is currently continuing with ongoing maintenance and updates.

Results of the completed website

As a result of the project, the company has been provided with its own online platform suitable for business use, which helps to showcase the company and supports the sales process. The site enables the cars to be displayed not only on separate platforms but also within the company’s own web environment, which presents a stronger and more cohesive overall image of the company. Although the website is not yet fully finalised, it already provides a solid foundation on which the business can build in the long term.
